iNetLabo I/O Board
iNetLabo I/O Board is the physical link between electric devices and a PC.
iNetLabo I/O Board equips with an LCD character display, 2 Motor
Drivers, 2+8 bits Programmable Digital I/O, 2 Analog Inputs, and a Temperature sensor.
All inputs and outputs, except the LCD module and the temperature sensor fixed on-board, can be
easily wired with external devices via separable screw clamp Terminal Blocks.
Motor Drivers are designed specifically to withstand electric current of most DC motors
used in homes and offices. MOSFET's used are high quality parts with ultra low turn-on resistance. It stays cool as much as 7A continuous current without a costly and bulky heat
sink. Although it cannot directly connect an AC electricity driven home appliance, such as
microwave or refrigerator, it easily accommodates an interface device such as a relay with enough safety
margin.
All those inputs and outputs are controllable from a host Windows PC via Serial communication
interface. Windows Software described in the next page takes care of serial communication and
allows user to control every inputs and outputs.
iNetLabo I/O Board comes with complete documents including User's manual, Wiring diagram for many
electric devices, Schematics, and PCB layout.
