iNetLabo Introduction
iNetLabo is an Internet application development toolset that enables developers to easily add
Web-control capabilities for electric devices to their Internet applications.
Using the latest Internet technology, iNetLabo overcomes concerns about security issues and links
any electric device to a standard Internet browser on laptops, cell phones, or PDA's independent of
their
network configuration.
All you need to utilize iNetLabo is a
Windows PC.
The iNetLabo I/O Board allows you to easily connect your electric devices,
such as DC motors, lamps, switches, analogs, etc... to the COM port of your PC (USB
optional).
Once your device and the I/O Board are connected & ready, run iNetLabo WinApp included in iNetLabo Windows
Software. Enter your pre-assigned username and password, then click on
"Connect" button in the WinApp dialog. The WinApp will automatically connect your PC
to the Internet and wait for your command.
Using any Web-enabled personal information device such as laptops, cell phones,
or PDA's, you can now access our iNetLabo JSP Server, which is our implementation of iNetLabo Server
Side, and login with the same username and password you entered in the WinApp. That's all
you need to do to check the status of your devices and send commands to control them from anywhere in the world!
